Goa School Examination Board conducts the board exams for Class X and Class XII in the state. The board exams are conducted in the month of Mar-April every year and the result was announced on 18th May.

The aim of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is to provide secondary and higher secondary education to pay special attention towards the improvement of the secondary and higher secondary education so that it meets the required needs and standards of economic and social development.
